Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shift operations, troubleshoot complex automated systems, and ensure equipment uptime in a highly automated facility.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with automation support teams, and uphold safety and quality standards while maintaining strong client relations and continuously improving maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in computers and MS Office.
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety norms.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Capability to use metrics tools to track OEE/up-time.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+ and climb stairs or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve materials handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close work orders in a CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote safety by following procedures.
