Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician in Charlotte, NC to lead shift operations, troubleshoot automated systems, and ensure uptime of critical equipment in a highly automated facility.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with automation support teams, and uphold safety and quality standards while managing CMMS work orders and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Mentor technicians and lead emergency repairs of critical assets.
