Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shift operations, troubleshoot automated systems, and ensure equipment reliability in a highly automated facility for a major client.

You will mentor technicians, collaborate with Automation support teams, and uphold safety standards while delivering preventive maintenance and rapid repairs. This role requires strong problem-solving, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with MHE safety standards.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use metrics like OEE/uptime.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (50 lbs.+).

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Cultivate positive relationships with the Client and Operations team.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
