Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shift operations, troubleshoot complex automated systems, and mentor technicians in a highly automated facility for a major client.

You will ensure equipment reliability, safety, and uptime while coordinating with Automation support teams and the Client’s Operations group. Strong PLC, robotics, and CMMS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, NEC, and/or industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of conveyors, MHE, and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and sensors.
• Lead emergency repair work and training plans for technicians.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams while promoting safety.
