Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shift operations in a highly automated facility for a major client. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, mentor technicians, and ensure asset reliability and uptime.

You will build and manage preventive maintenance plans, develop training for technicians, and maintain safety standards in a modern CMMS-driven environment. This is a full-time, on-site role in Saint Peters, MO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics; knowledge of NEC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and mentor technicians.
• Repair, maintain and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with client and operations maintenance teams.
