Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift and guide fellow technicians in maintaining materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems within a client facility.

You will optimize preventive maintenance processes, troubleshoot electrical and control systems, and ensure safety and reliability of conveyors, scanners, and SCADA-related components while collaborating with the client team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift and mentor fellow technicians.
• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Install and troubleshoot PLCs, relays, sensors, and control components.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS and coordinate with client team.
