Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support building systems and MHE at a client facility.

You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and ensure preventive maintenance is executed to maximize reliability. Experience with conveyors, PLCs, CMMS, schematics, and safety standards is required; strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential for ensuring safe, efficient operations on site.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with MHE safety standards (OEM) and safety rules.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years in work order management.
• Ability to use instrumentation to measure OEE/uptime.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic and controls.
• Lead and mentor on emergency repair planning and training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with client operations and maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
