Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support critical building systems, lead shift operations, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.

You will mentor technicians, partner with Automation teams, and uphold safety and quality standards in a highly automated environment. You will manage preventative maintenance, use CMMS to track work, and ensure reliability while fostering strong client relationships and safe working practices across the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics.
• PLC programs experience.
• 3+ years of work order management.

Responsibilities

• Repair and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams and controllers.
• Mentor technicians and manage emergency repairs.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client & Operations teams; promote safety.
