Job summary

CBRE is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the upkeep and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems to ensure reliable, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations (routine maintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, safety compliance).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs/ladder work.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility.
• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with the Client and Operations Maintenance team.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
