Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility.

You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work with a diverse team of clients and operations staff.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
