Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair and improve MHE and robotic systems across the facility.

You will perform preventative maintenance, document routines, and collaborate with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to move up to 50lbs and climb stairs/ ladders.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
