Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance ops for a portfolio or property. You will train and supervise Maintenance Technicians and coordinate work orders and vendors to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, inspections, and meticulous log keeping, with strong focus on resident service and budget adherence. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• HVAC experience a must.
• Time reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Multi-family property management experience is preferred.
• CPO and EPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for portfolio or property.
• Train and supervise maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate work orders and vendor activities.
• Ensure 24-hour response to resident requests and 7-day turnover targets.
• Maintain inspections, logs, and budgets; ensure logs and records are accurate.
• Manage health, safety, and preventive maintenance programs.
