Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio of multifamily properties and to train and supervise maintenance technicians. The role focuses on ensuring timely, quality repairs and adherence to safety standards.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager, plan preventative maintenance, manage unit turns, and maintain logs and inspections to keep properties compliant and inviting for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing maintenance for multifamily properties.
• HVAC experience is required and certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for portfolio properties and supervise technicians.
• Coordinate work orders with Community Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Plan preventive maintenance and manage unit turns within target timelines.
