Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness across buildings and common areas. You will coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets and preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisor experience, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, and a strong background in apartment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge required.
• Technical degree preferred for advanced maintenance tasks.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and evaluating staff.
• Proficiency with property management software like Entrata/Yardi/One Site.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance staff and processes work orders from resident requests.
• Inspects work for safety, quality, and compliance with standards and codes.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies within budget guidelines.
• Manages budget for maintenance and capital expenses and coordinates with property management.
