Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee service operations and ensure timely repairs across multiproperty communities. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate in-house and vendor work, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires extensive maintenance experience, EPA Universal certification, and the ability to manage schedules and performance. A rotating on-call schedule and proximity to properties are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of general maintenance/repair experience, 3 years in apartment industry
• Management experience required
• EPA Universal certification required
• CPO certification highly preferred
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, etc.
• Trade licensing preferred but not required
• Tech savvy; use computers and basic software programs
• Must have own tool kit
• Must live within 30 minutes of property
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate rotating on-call schedule
• Must be able to perform physical requirements (lifting up to 50 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance service operations to meet goals
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide quality customer service to residents
• Train maintenance teammates and encourage growth
• Supervise work orders and vendor schedules
• Oversee safety and OSHA compliance
• Walk apartments for move-out damage assessment and prep for rent-ready
