Job summary

29th Street Property Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio, training and supervising Maintenance Technicians, and coordinating work orders and vendors. The role requires strong HVAC and mechanical skills with a focus on timely turns and safety compliance.

Experience in multi-family or commercial properties is preferred; a valid driver’s license may be required, and EPA/CPO certifications are a plus for advanced maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience is required and preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills for multi-family properties.
• Ability to supervise Technicians and coordinate vendors.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• EPA and CPO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for assigned portfolio or property.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate work orders, vendor scheduling and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure safety inspections and logs are completed on schedule.
• Maintain budget for repairs and maintenance.
