CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all phases of maintenance for a multi-family property and supervise maintenance staff. The role includes prioritizing work schedules, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety programs.

The position requires 1+ years of maintenance experience, prior supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in MS Office. Hourly pay is $32.00–$34.00 DOE, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive and emergency tasks.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Property Manager.
• Prioritize work orders and maintain detailed maintenance records.
• Ensure safety programs and adherence to MSDS policies.
• Maintain inventory and approve maintenance expenditures.
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance as required.
