29th Street Property Management is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine and preventive work on property buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose defects, complete repairs, and oversee make-ready tasks for vacant units to ensure readiness for new move-ins.

The role requires HVAC experience, reliability in time reporting, and strong communication. High school diploma or GED preferred; driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to report time honestly and accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Handles make-ready prep for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports safety, compliance, and timely reporting of incidents.
