Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-family community. You will oversee maintenance staff, plan schedules, and ensure timely completion of Make-readies and service requests while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with vendors, train staff, and enforce company policies. A minimum of 5 years in maintenance (property management preferred) and HVAC/EPA & CPO certifications are desired to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, with property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, vendors, and residents; able to give and receive work direction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff and daily activities.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Oversee safety inspections and ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain budgets, review costs, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
