Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community. The role requires entrepreneurial mindset, relationship-building within the team and with residents, and strong leadership capabilities.

You will manage Make-readies, service requests, and preventive maintenance, while ensuring adherence to WBPC safety policies and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Make-readies and maintenance projects per WBPC quality standards.
• Update and close service requests in Yardi Mobile.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations and repairs.
• Plan and supervise maintenance staff daily, including turns, repairs and safety.
