Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community. The role focuses on leading a team, ensuring safety, and coordinating with vendors to maintain property quality.

You will supervise daily maintenance activities, manage preventive care, and ensure service requests are completed on time while upholding WBPC standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication and interaction with management, partners, subordinates, vendors or residents, to convey information and give/receive work direction.
• Expert skills with small hand and electrical tools, basic electrical, carpentry, painting and small machinery repair.
• Basic computer skills (ability to operate mobile device, PC).
• Must be available for regular on-call work assignments and emergency overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installation and repairs, service requests, turns, and cleaning of grounds and common areas.
• Hire, train and develop maintenance staff and enforce safety practices.
• Communicates effectively within the team, motivates staff, and conveys expectations and goals.
• Coordinates with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Ensure service requests, make-readies and maintenance projects are completed to WBPC quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance.
