Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily community. The role emphasizes leadership of the maintenance team, safety compliance, and coordination with vendors to ensure timely, quality work.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on maintenance experience across trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) and proven staff supervision capabilities. On-call and after-hours availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' related maintenance experience (property mgmt preferred).
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC standards.
• Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with vendors for installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain budget and purchase maintenance supplies efficiently.
