Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family residential community. You will oversee a team, schedule turns, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, quality work.

Excellent leadership and communication are essential as you manage safety programs, budgets, and asset longevity while delivering residents a well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, partners, subordinates, vendors or residents.
• Operates hand and electrical tools and basic trades equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and daily activities.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work orders and turns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installs and repairs.
• Maintain safety practices and conduct regular property inspections.
• Manage department budget and inventory.
