Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all community maintenance activities, coordinate with staff and vendors, and ensure safety and high-quality service across the property.

You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and inspections, while maintaining records and contributing to cost-efficient operations. A strong focus on OSHA standards, Fair Housing compliance, and customer relations is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors; ensure safety standards and customer service.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget as directed by the Community Manager.
• Support unit inspections and make-ready tasks; participate in on-call emergencies.
• Keep accurate records for service requests, preventive maintenance, and work progress.
• Plan and manage resources, bids, and vendor relationships to meet timeliness and quality goals.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to maintenance staff and ensure adherence to Asset Living benchmarks.
