Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and willingness to work onsite, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
