Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee service operations, manage repairs, and train teammates. The role requires EPA Universal certification, 8+ years of maintenance experience including 3 years in apartment settings, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of general maintenance/general repair experience; 3 years in apartment industry.
• Management experience required.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• CPO certification highly preferred.
• Trade skills include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances.
• Trade licensing preferred but not required.
• Tech savvy; comfortable with computers and basic software.
• Must have own tool kit.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to rotate on-call schedule.
• Must perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service operations to meet goals.
• Repair and replace appliances and systems; manage work orders.
• Maintain positive customer service for residents.
• Train maintenance team members and support growth.
• Assist Property Manager with performance reviews and staffing.
• Supervise maintenance shop organization and property appearance.
• Schedule and supervise internal and vendor work.
• Ensure safety and OSHA standards are met.
• Oversee unit turns and renovations within target times.
• Walk units with leasing to assess repairs for rent readiness.
