Job summary

ResProp Management in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all service operations at our multifamily properties. You will repair and supervise maintenance tasks, manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety standards while delivering quality resident service.

The role requires 8+ years in maintenance, 3+ years in apartment operations, EPA Universal certification, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years general maintenance experience, 3+ years in apartment operations.
• Management experience is required.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• CPO certification is highly preferred.
• Must have own tool kit and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service operations to achieve goals.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing and HVAC as needed.
• Train maintenance staff and monitor performance.
• Manage work orders, vendor schedules and response times.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance at all times.
• Coordinate unit turns and renovations within targets.
• Maintain inventory and equipment for maintenance needs.
• Support recruitment and interviewing of maintenance team members.
