Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all service operations for our apartment communities. You will manage work orders, supervise technicians, and coordinate in-house and vendor repairs to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in general maintenance with 3+ years in the apartment industry, plus a management background. EPA Universal certification is required, CPO preferred, and you must live within 30 minutes of property.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years general maintenance/repair experience.
• 3 years apartment-industry experience required.
• Management experience is required and EPA Universal certification is required.
• CPO certification is highly preferred.
• Trade skills include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance service operations to meet goals.
• Coordinate and supervise work orders, repairs, and inspections.
• Train maintenance staff and participate in performance reviews.
• Oversee maintenance shop organization and property appearance.
• Schedule in-house and vendor work to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain safety by enforcing OSHA standards and ensuring a safe work environment.
