Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Multi-family Maintenance Administrator in Fort Worth, TX to provide administrative and operational support to the maintenance team. The role offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Key duties include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating make-ready processes, tracking work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance. Requires driving license, EPA HVAC cert, and 2+ years admin experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum two years administrative experience.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Ensure work orders are tracked and completed by priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process.
• Demonstrate professional customer service with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Coordinate work orders, inventory management, purchasing, and maintenance reporting.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized shop and other work areas.
