Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and budgeting.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to extend asset life.
