Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead a large, site-based maintenance team in North America, driving uptime, safety, and budget execution.

The role oversees 80+ staff, mentors Maintenance Managers, and manages complex projects with ROI-driven decisions. On-site in Oak Creek, WI; travel up to 20%. Requires a Bachelor's and 7+ years of leadership experience in maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading 80+ employees in corporate or regional maintenance.
• 7+ years' experience managing employees.
• Experience leading change across multiple site environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Managers.
• Develop maintenance department plans and guidance for implementation.
• Develop reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
• Drive best practices: document methods, standardize, train, and improve safety.
• Advise senior leadership on maintenance and EOL issues using ROI.
• Oversee budget development, execution and capital planning.
• Manage vendor relationships to maximize economies of scale.
• Monitor maintenance execution, safety practices, and training drills.
• Leverage maintenance teams across the North American network.
• Create and manage budgets and contract documents (RFPs, PO, invoicing).
• Provide visibility of maintenance to Fulfilment Center GMs.
• Recruit and hire maintenance leaders.
• Help build a world-class maintenance organization.
• Be willing to relocate and travel up to 20%.
