Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to support a network of North American distribution centers, focusing on leadership development and site excellence. You’ll coach in the field, deploy standards, and drive maintenance performance across multiple sites.

You will work directly with Senior and Area Maintenance Managers, build leadership pipelines, and ensure reliability plans align with client objectives. This role requires travel and hands-on leadership across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in regional or multi-site maintenance leadership.
• Experience managing 80+ employees.
• Willingness to travel 70-80% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across the network to assess gaps, drive corrective action, and restore performance to KPI targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Senior Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers in-field.
• Standardize maintenance methods, improve reliability, and document processes across sites.
• Provide safety culture leadership and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and invoicing with cross-functional teams.
