Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-site maintenance team, drive safety, and ensure reliable operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in distribution/manufacturing with related mechanical/electrical experience, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated conveyors, electrical principles, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site maintenance team and supervise area managers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and budgets.
• Coordinate safety programs with site leadership and drive Kaizen activities.
• Manage capital spending plans and cross functional project planning.
