Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to develop leadership and raise maintenance standards across North America. You will coach site teams in the field, deploy best practices, and drive outcomes that measurably improve performance across a dynamic portfolio of distribution centers.

You will work with Senior and Area Managers, leading change, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and compliance while traveling 70–80% to deploy across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of people-management experience, including salaried leaders.
• Experience in regional or multi-site maintenance leadership with 80+ staff.
• Willingness to travel 70-80% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Deploy network-wide gaps, drive corrective actions, and meet KPI targets.
• Coach Senior, Maintenance, and Area Managers in the field.
• Standardize work methods and improve reliability across sites.
• Manage budgets, labor, and procurement with accountability.
• Foster a proactive safety culture at every site.
