Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead leadership development and site excellence across North American distribution centers. You will coach site leaders, drive maintenance standards, and deliver measurable improvements in uptime and safety while partnering with senior leaders.

The role requires extensive travel (70–80%), strong budgeting and data analysis skills, and deep knowledge of MHE and CMMS systems. Remote work options are available across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years leading employees and performance.
• Regional/multi-site leadership experience with 80+ employees.
• Track record of leading change and performance improvement.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and 24/24 logistics.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps across the network and drive corrective actions to meet KPI targets.
• Provide leadership development and coaching to site leaders in the field.
• Standardize work methods and improve reliability across facilities.
• Drive safety culture with proactive training and compliance.
• Manage client relationships and ensure proper stewardship of funds.
• Oversee budgets, PO processes, and invoicing; network with other RMMs for consistency.
