Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of sites across North America, focusing on leadership development and maintenance excellence. You will coach field leaders, deploy standards, and drive measurable improvements in uptime and asset value.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in the field, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring program consistency across the network. Remote work across multiple North American locations is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years leading employees and performance.
• Experience leading 80+ employees across multiple sites.
• Proven track record of change leadership and performance improvement.
• Knowledge of MHE systems and 24/7 logistics.
• Willing to travel 70–80% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance by closing gaps and restoring KPI targets.
• Coach Senior/Area Maintenance Managers in the field.
• Develop reliability plans and improve uptime.
• Provide safety culture and ensure training compliance.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships; report variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy programs network-wide.
