JLL is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead leadership development and site excellence across a network of distribution centers in North America. The role blends coaching in the field with strategic oversight to lift maintenance standards and uptime.

You will work with Senior and Area Maintenance Managers to accelerate leadership growth, develop talent pipelines, and ensure program standards are executed with rigor across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance, including salaried leaders.
• Regional or multi-site maintenance leadership experience with 80+ employees.
• Proven track record of leading change and driving performance improvement across sites.
• Willingness to travel 70-80% and deploy on short notice to North America.

Responsabilités

• Ensure labor budgets and P/RM budgets are met with OT adherence.
• Report variances and trends across budgets.
• Provide visibility into maintenance activities to site General Managers.
• Drive standards for maintenance execution and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach Senior Maintenance Managers and area leaders in field settings.
