Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead a large on-site maintenance team at our Oak Creek facility. You will guide a group of Maintenance Managers and technicians, driving reliability, safety, and efficient operations to keep equipment uptime high.

This role requires deep experience in material handling systems, data-driven decision making, and strong leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of large maintenance teams across multiple sites.
• Experience implementing reliability plans to maximize uptime.
• Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentor and manage site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Manager in the North American Fulfilment Network.
• Develop Maintenance Department business plans and provide guidance and direction for the successful implementation of those plans.
• Develop and implement reliability plans that support increasing the uptime of the facility
• Drive maintenance Best Practices: Innovate, document, improve work methods, standardize, provide a safe work environment and require safe work practices, train, commission equipment, collect, measure, and analyze key performance indicators to improve processes and improve customers experience.
