Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead leadership development and site excellence across North America’s distribution centers. You will coach field teams, deploy standards, and drive maintenance execution with rigor.

You will mentor senior managers, implement reliability plans, and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and client satisfaction across a national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years leading employees and multi-site teams.
• Experience in regional or multi-site maintenance leadership with 80+ staff.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% to North America sites.
• Knowledge of MHE, industrial automation, and robotics is plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma, cost/benefit analysis exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive network-wide maintenance performance to KPI targets.
• Coach and develop Senior/Area Maintenance Managers in field.
• Standardize methods, improve reliability, and document processes.
• Ensure safety training compliance and safety-first culture.
• Manage budgets, labor, and procurement with leadership visibility.
