Job summary

JLL is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager to support a network of sites across North America, focusing on leadership development and site excellence. You will coach field leaders, standardize maintenance practices, and drive performance improvements across the portfolio.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in the field, deployment across sites, and ensuring program standards with rigor and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance.
• Experience leading 80+ employees regionally.
• Willingness to travel 70-80% across North America.
• Knowledge of MHE, automation, and robotics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps, drive corrective action, and meet KPI targets.
• Mentor Senior/Area Maintenance Managers and develop leaders.
• Standardize maintenance methods and improve reliability.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and training compliance.
• Build relationships with site operations and program managers.
• Manage budgets, variances, and procurement processes.
