Job summary

ConcordRENTS in Tampa, FL seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the condition of amenities and apartment homes, prepare units for new residents, and maintain occupied units to high standards.

The role requires hands-on trades skills, EPA and CPO certifications, leadership of maintenance staff, and the ability to manage safety, scheduling, and vendor coordination. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) is required/obtained within six months if not already held.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required or may be required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Department staff: hiring, training, scheduling, safety, and performance coaching.
• Manage maintenance budgets and coordinate with local vendors and contractors to meet property standards.
• Establish maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules; monitor service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and ensure units and amenities meet ConcordRENTS quality standards.
• Maintain EPA logs, safety records, and required certifications for facilities and pools.
