Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and repair across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff, safety training, and performance coaching.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and budget planning with the Community Director.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and monitor job quality and timelines.
• Maintain EPA logs, safety records, and property documentation.
