Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department, supervise staff, and ensure apartments and amenities meet high standards. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, safety, and vendor management to support community operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, trades training, and EPA/CPO certifications with on-site availability, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is expected.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) is required or obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Maintenance Department staff, including training and scheduling.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met; provide operational direction.
• Develop maintenance and preventive maintenance plans aligned with company policy.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for work and budgeting.
