Job summary

ConcordRENTS, a leader in property management across Florida, seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment communities in top condition. You will handle painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, and perform move-in/move-out inspections to ensure quality.

The role requires on-site work, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently with urgency. EPA/CPO certification is required or obtained within six months.

Qualifications

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools; EPA Universal or Type I/II certifications required or obtained within 6 months.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC or plumbing.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
• Over three years of experience in maintenance or related trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartment homes and common areas; prepare units for new residents and care for occupied units.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and fixtures; ensure aesthetic standards.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems and fixtures as needed.
• Respond to service requests, coordinate with contractors, and monitor safety and quality.
• Perform move-in/move-out inspections and maintain documentation.
