Job summary

ConcordRENTS seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff across Florida communities. You will manage daily tasks, safety, budgets, and vendor coordination to keep amenity and apartment homes in top condition.

Qualifications include 5+ years in maintenance with leadership experience, EPA and CPO certifications, and the ability to train staff. On-call duties and weekend work may be required. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required; EPA certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, selects, trains, and supervises Maintenance Department staff.
• Establishes maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance in line with policy; coordinates with vendors.
• Responds to service requests and coordinates outside contractors as needed.
• Maintains EPA logs, MSDS sheets, and safety/quality records; monitors inventory and parts.
• On-call duties, nights and weekend work as required.
