Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to uphold the physical integrity of multifamily properties, deliver exceptional resident service, and lead a maintenance team. You will manage budgets, scheduling, and vendor relationships while performing preventive maintenance and safety compliance tasks.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate unit turns, and ensure documentation and quality across work orders. Strong trade knowledge and EPA/CPO certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of maintenance experience, preferably within the multifamily or hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years in a lead, senior technician, or supervisory role.
• Advanced level of general trade knowledge, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building systems.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all major building systems.
• Own budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and projects.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs in areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, etc.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Support timely completion of work orders, emergencies, and unit turns.
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
• Help resolve escalated service concerns.
• Manage, develop and mentor maintenance team members.
• Maintain workflow, train, and uphold team accountability.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and complete unit inspections.
• Maintain inventory of basic personal tools.
