Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of multifamily communities. You will lead the maintenance team, manage budgets, and coordinate preventive actions to uphold safety and efficiency across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

The role requires 8+ years in facilities maintenance within multifamily or hospitality, with advanced cross-trade skills and appliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of facilities maintenance experience in multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, technical specs, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment requirements, bidding, and overall planning of cost-effective maintenance projects.
• Anticipate problems and implement preventative actions to meet safety and operations standards.
• Provide leadership and development of the maintenance team, scheduling, duties, and performance.
• Direct and oversee all maintenance work orders and unit turns with strong customer service toward residents.
• Complete unit inspections and maintain orderly documentation.
• Organize and use supplies cost-effectively and pre-diagnose building systems before repairs.
