Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee building systems, resident services, and team performance across our Georgia properties. You will lead maintenance staff, manage budgets, coordinate projects, and ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily/hospitality preferred), hands-on proficiency across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances, and EPA Universal & CPO

Qualifications

• 8+ years maintenance experience, prefer multifamily or hospitality
• At least 2 years in lead/supervisory role
• Proficient in multiple trades: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances

Responsibilities

• Oversee all major building systems and budgeting
• Mentor and develop maintenance team members
• Respond to work orders, emergencies, and unit turns
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across tasks
