Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to maintain property integrity, deliver excellent resident service, and support day-to-day operations. You will mentor maintenance staff, promote safety, and drive team performance.

The role requires 8+ years in maintenance with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, and hands-on expertise across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. Must have EPA Universal and CPO certifications. On-site schedule, potential on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily or hospitality preferred).
• At least 2 years in a lead, senior technician, or supervisory role.
• Advanced general trade knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all major building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and projects.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Organize supplies cost-effectively and maintain documentation.
• Deliver strong resident service and support timely work orders and emergencies.
• Lead, develop and mentor maintenance team members, uphold accountability.
