Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the optimal functioning of multifamily community systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire/life safety. You will lead a maintenance team, manage budgets and schedules, and drive cost-effective projects with strong customer service to residents and staff.

We expect 8+ years in facilities maintenance, expertise in 2+ trades, and certifications such as EPA Universal and CPO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment requirements, and manage subcontractor/vendor bidding and execution of maintenance projects.
• Anticipate problems and implement preventive actions to meet safety and operations procedures.
• Provide leadership and development of the maintenance team including scheduling, duties, and performance.
• Direct and oversee all maintenance work orders and unit turns with a focus on customer service.
• Complete unit inspections and maintain orderly documentation.
• Maintain inventory of basic tools and organize supplies cost-effectively.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems prior to scheduling repairs.
• Repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, etc.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
